The construction sector requires approaches that reduce resource consumption and the environmental burden associatedwith conventional concrete. This study investigates M30 concrete incorporating silica fume as a partial replacement for cementand recycled coarse aggregates treated with epoxy resin. The experimental program considered 50% recycled coarse aggregate andsilica fume replacement levels of 5% and 10%, with a water-to-cementitious-material ratio of 0.40. Material characterization,fresh-concrete workability, specimen preparation, curing, and compressive-strength testing were carried out. Cubes of 150 × 150 ×150 mm were tested at 7, 14, and 28 days. The 5% silica fume mix achieved 24.1, 28.6, and 30.4 N/mm², while the 10% mixachieved 28.2, 30.8, and 34.5 N/mm² at the respective ages. The 10% replacement level therefore produced the highest strengthamong the investigated mixtures. The results indicate that silica fume and treated recycled aggregate can be combined to develop amore resource-efficient concrete, although the characteristics of recycled aggregate and the quality of aggregate–paste bondingremain important.Index Terms—silica fume, recycled aggregate, epoxy resin, sustainable concrete, M30 concrete, compressive strength.
