The construction industry has high resource consumption and associated emissions, creating a need for sustainablebuilding materials. This study investigates a photocatalytic cement mortar incorporating graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) andrecycled glass powder. The visible-light photocatalytic capability of g-C3N4 offers potential for pollutant degradation, while recycledglass powder provides a route for waste utilization and may contribute to mortar performance. Control mortar (CM) and threesustainable photocatalytic glass mortars (SPGM 1–3) were prepared with different g-C3N4 and glass powder contents. Compressiveand flexural strengths were evaluated after 3, 7, and 28 days of curing. The results show that SPGM 1, containing 0.5% g-C3N4 and5% glass powder by cement mass, achieved the highest 28-day compressive strength of 55.60 N/mm² and flexural strength of 8.80N/mm² among the tested mixtures.Index Terms—g-C3N4, recycled glass powder, photocatalytic mortar, compressive strength, flexural strength, sustainableconstruction.
