: This research work examines the effects of chemical fertilizers on the growth, yield, nutrient content, andsoil healthassociated with commonly grown vegetables. Chemical fertilizers are widely used to increase crop productivity, but long-termandexcessive use may cause negative impacts on soil quality, environmental health, and vegetable nutritional value. Thispaperreviews existing studies, identifies benefits and risks, and proposes a simple experimental design to study fertilizer effectsonvegetables such as tomato, spinach, brinjal, and leafy greens.
