The healthcare industry necessitates efficient platforms for real-time collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuousprofessional development among healthcare professionals. Existing tools often lack the integration of artificial intelligence (AI)solutions that can enhance decision-making and predict emerging healthcare trends. This paper presents the design, development,and implementation of a Real-Time Collaboration Tool for Healthcare, aimed at addressing these challenges. The platform featuresdoctor logins and profiles, a community forum for sharing experiences, news updates and blogs, and an AI-driven query-solvingmodule. Utilizing a microservices architecture, WebSocket technology for real-time communication, and progressive web application(PWA) standards, the tool ensures scalability, security, and user accessibility.
