Abstract

Abstract: Self-esteem denotes to an individual’s subjective evaluation of own worth. The American psychological association says that a high self-esteem plays a great role in positive mental health & wellbeing. It helps in developing skills to cope & handle adversity and put negative into perspective. Many studies had revealed that the higher academic achievement leads to high selfesteem of the students.
