DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF ARROW ROOT EXTRACTOR

Abstract

Electronic Arrowroot refers to any plant of thegenus Maranta, but the term is most commonly used to describe theeasily digestible starch obtained from the rhizomes of Marantaarundinacea. Arrowrootjuice extractor is a machine which crush the roots into small pieces usingcutter and then squeeze it using feed screw to extract the juice and theremaining pulp or the waste is carried to other end and removed. It isused to obtain continuous crushing of the roots and continuous removal of juiceand the pulp.
